🔁 No General Returns or Exchanges
Because each product is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or item by mistake
- A change of mind
- Delayed delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays)
Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before ordering.
💸 Refunds
If your return request is approved due to a valid issue (e.g., damage or incorrect item), you will be offered one of the following options:
- A replacement product at no cost
- A store credit for the full value of the item
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.
📝 Return Instructions
To request a return or refund:

- Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description.
- We’ll respond within 2–5 business days with next steps.
Do not send products back to the return address on the shipping label, as we cannot receive packages at that location.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Digital Products: Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, all sales of digital files, templates, and courses are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once access has been granted.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any products that have been modified or personalized to your specific requirements.
- Damaged or Altered Goods: Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late Submissions: Any physical product return initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
